Application Forms & Qualifications

All applicants must complete and submit a rental application form, along with an application fee payable by personal check. The application fee is $50 per adult (over 18) or $65 for a married couple.

Short-listed applications will be screened by Rental Research, a company that specializes in this service. If your application is not short-listed, your application fee check will be returned to you.
