Application Forms
All applicants must complete and submit a rental application form, along with an application fee payable by personal check. The application fee is $55 per adult (18 or older) or $70 for co-applicants who have a shared rental history.
Short-listed applications will be screened by Rental Research, a company that specializes in this service. If your application is not short-listed, your application fee check will be returned to you. For this reason, we only accept personal checks.
